Home Made Pizza

Just thought I’d share a photo of the monster pizza we made at the weekend.

And thanks to my mum for supplying the (very elasticy) dough from her bread machine. It took quite a while to make a half way sensibly shaped pizza base!

    hmmmm…. looks yummy :-) We did not make a pizza for a long time. To be exact, my boyfriend did not do one for a long time. He is the making pizza expert, but he said that he do not remember how to make the dough any more… Maybe he just should ask his mum…
    He´s pizzas are unique. He puts on them everything what he has at home :-) mostly the top of the pizza is so heavy, that you cant eat it with your hands, because the ingredients would fall off the pizza and they would be everywhere on the floor and not in your mouth :-)
