The Beeb are reporting on cutting edge research from my uni: ” The Heriot Watt University study found people rated the change in taste by up to 60% depending on the melody heard.” While this may be true, I think the opposite effect is of more use, at least if last night’s gig at Henry’s Cellar Bar is anything to go by. 
” Music ‘can enhance wine taste’” – the other way around works too! (Henry’s gig)
